- Secondly, at the top, you will see my bookings option; click it.
- Thirdly, after clicking it, you will navigate to the manage by bookings page, where you must enter your reservation code and the passenger’s last name.
- So in case you don’t understand the reservation code, it is the code that is provided at the time of booking and also included in the confirmation email.
- Please ensure you enter the information exactly as it appears on your e-ticket.
- So once you enter the above details, you can retrieve your flight booking and make changes to your current booking.
- Plans change, so ModiFly gives you the flexibility to make a one-time change of date & time to your flight.
- Once you make changes, you need to press confirm button.
- Finally, as soon as changes are confirmed, the airline will send you a confirmation email.

- The ModiFly product purchase is non-refundable.
- Swoop will refund the ModiFly fee to the original form of payment upon request within 90 days of non-delivery if ModiFly services are not delivered due to circumstances beyond Swoop’s control.
- ModiFly is only available for purchase during initial online reservations. Passengers cannot purchase ModiFly at the airport or add to an existing reservation.
- Only flights that depart more than 14 days from the initial reservation qualify for ModiFly.
- Third-party bookings do not offer extras like ModiFly.
Price Difference In Flights
Depending on the fare difference between the original and the new flight, the following may apply:
- Travelers need to pay the difference in fare if the fare for the new flight is higher than the fare paid at the time of booking.
- Flights that are less expensive than those booked at the time of booking will not receive a refund or credit.
- All travelers must confirm the new flight at the time of redemption.

Does it cost anything to modify my reservation?
ModiFly lets you change your flight time or date once for free if you purchase it at the time of booking.
