- Cancellation Policy
As your plans change, airlines provide you with as much flexibility as possible, including the opportunity to change or cancel your flight up to 15 minutes before departure. If you decide to cancel your trip, they will give you credit in the form of reusable BreezePoints for the entire price of the ticket and any additional products ordered, such as luggage or seats. Breeze exclusively offers non-refundable tickets.
BreezePoints will be put in the original booking Guest account and expire 24 months after they are issued. Failure to cancel a reservation at least 15 minutes before the planned departure time may result in the loss of travel costs. If canceled within 24 hours after making the reservation, guests are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method for bookings made at least seven days or 168 hours in advance.

On-Board Personal Items and Carry-On Bags
Personal Item
Guests are allowed to bring one personal item on board for free. A handbag, briefcase, small backpack, or laptop bag can all be considered personal items. The personal item must fit beneath the seat in front of you and be no larger than 17 x 13 x 8 inches in size.
Carry-on Bag
When adding a carry-on bag to a Nice fare, prices are subject to vary until bought. Guests are recommended to purchase their carry-on luggage in advance using the website or app to get the best deal. They do not honor previously seen prices. $50 if added online, via the app, at the airport, or by our Guest Empowerment Team within four hours. With the Nicer and Nicest rates, one carry-on bag is provided. Breeze permits each guest to bring one carry-on bag. The carry-on bag must be 22 x 14 x 9 inches, including handles and wheels, to fit in the overhead bin. Any carry-on luggage that exceeds the stated dimensions will be inspected at the gate.
Pet Policy
Guests vacationing with their dogs are welcome at Breeze. Small, domesticated cats and dogs are permitted for a fee of $75 per one-way voyage. Onboard, no fish or reptiles are allowed. All dogs must be transported in a suitable container and stowed beneath the front seat. The animal’s and the carrier’s combined maximum weight is 25 pounds. Guests with dogs are not permitted to sit in the Bulkhead or Exit Row. First-come, the first-served policy applies to pets. Breeze allows five (5) pets per flight, with a maximum of one (1) pet carrier per Guest. However, they allow just one (1) pet per carrier, even if the overall weight of the carrier is less than 25 pounds.
Additional Baggage Policy
Overweight and Oversize bags, in addition to the bag price
- 51 – 71 pounds: $20
- 71 – 99 pounds: $50
- 63 – 80 overall inches: $50
The price of overweight or large bag is added to the bag’s price. Bags weighing more than 99 pounds or with total dimensions of more than 80 linear inches (length + breadth + height) will not be accepted. Prices are per direction and per guest. Seat Assignments
- First Class: $30 – $259
- Extra Legroom: $20 – $50
- Standard: $10 – $30
If you do not purchase a seat assignment, one will be issued at random during check-in for free. However, they cannot promise that your group will be seated together. Wheelchair Assistance at the Airport
Breeze wants to ensure our passengers are as relaxed as possible when traveling. Please fill out the Special Services Request Form or contact the Guest Empowerment Team using the Contact Us buttons if you or anybody you’re traveling with requires wheelchair assistance. Onboard, one manual wheelchair is available on a first-come, first-served basis. All other folding wheelchairs that fit in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat are permitted to travel. Wheelchairs that cannot keep aboard will be checked at the gate and returned to you when you arrive at the airport. All electric wheelchairs are inspected at the gate. The option is available using Breeze Airways Manage Booking feature.
Refund Policy
Breeze exclusively offers non-refundable tickets. Non-refundable tickets will not be refunded, and voluntary flight cancellations will result in credits in the form of Breezepoints to the visitor who booked the trip. However, there may be times when Breeze cannot supply you with a seat due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case Breeze may offer you rescheduled flights, credit vouchers, or a refund.
