New Zealand has completely stamped out of the Coronavirus pandemic. It is planning to reopen its borders for international travelers from next year’s beginning. New Zealand is one of the places that has been successful in erasing the COVID. Also, life is slowly turning back to normal there. Closing borders has helped in controlling the spread of COVID for non-citizens and non-residents.

How New Zealand will cope up with the virus once it is open for international travelers?
Well, the government has planned to follow expert advice and maintain an elimination strategy. The borders won’t be open till all the residents and citizens not meeting the requirement of vaccination. The spread here is much lesser than in other countries across the world. The travelers are still dealing with certain restrictions and there will be restrictions to control and eliminate the spread.
For Fully vaccinated travelers from low-risk countries, it won’t be necessary to quarantine and people who are coming from high-risk regions may have to go for quarantine for 14 days in a military hotel.
Another goal is to partially vaccinate as many New Zealanders as possible by delaying the second dose from 3 weeks to 6 weeks. About 29% of the New Zealanders are partially vaccinated and 17% are fully vaccinated. The government is still required to speed up the vaccination program for lesser risk.
Tourism has been one of the largest growing industries before the pandemic here. More than 3 million people traveling to New Zealand every year. Canada is open for US Travellers
It is a good news as Canada is planning to re-open its borders for US travelers. Canada is Open for those who are ready with both of their doses of vaccination from Monday.
Leisure travel is only for Americans in Canada which was barred since the beginning of COVID to decrease the spread.
American citizens and the permanent residents of the US, who are traveling from the US must have their certificate of vaccination before they enter Canada for leisure travel. Travelers need to complete their all doses of vaccination at least 14 days before entering Canada.

The vaccine proof should be in English or French for both doses no matter where they getting their dose of vaccine.
France and Italy have rolled out healthy passes
France requires proof of vaccination, a negative COVID test report, or the health passes issued in public places including trains, restaurants, etc. International travelers need to do the same thing.
There’s a digital COVID-19 certificate with a QR code which is necessary to be scan at public places in Italy like gyms, restaurants, malls, etc.
